Our expert veterinary surgeon and experienced staff will do our best to put you at ease while giving your pet the best possible care. What to Expect When Your Pet Needs Surgery

Pre−Operative Care

Before your pet’s surgery, we’ll perform a thorough physical examination and run a set of standard laboratory tests to ensure your pet is healthy enough to undergo general anesthesia and the procedure. At this time, we’ll also provide you with instructions for preparing your pet for surgery. This might include food and water restrictions and the administration of medications.

During the Procedure

Our veterinarians have advanced surgical training and experience, and our entire staff works with the utmost precision and care. During each procedure, we ensure pets remain calm and relaxed while experiencing zero pain under general anesthesia. We use high-quality medications and state-of-the-art patient monitoring equipment to ensure your pet’s vital signs remain strong throughout the operation.

Post−Operative Care

We’ll notify you as soon as your pet’s procedure is complete. Depending on the type of surgery, your pet may or may not be able to return home the same day. Once your pet’s ready to go home, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to ensure a safe, speedy, and comfortable recovery.
